Independent Motorsport Display Rescue Project

Rescuing Motorsport DisplaysBefore They’re Lost Forever

Gridline Rescue collects unwanted motorsport and automotive promotional posters, banners, standees and retail display materials before they go to landfill. Genuine original items are preserved for collectors, with a share of proceeds used to support local charities and good causes.

Gridline Rescue — rescued motorsport display materials including banners, standees and archive boxes

Rescue. Preserve. Give Back.

Gridline Rescue is built around three simple aims: rescue unwanted motorsport display materials from landfill, preserve genuine original items for collectors, and give back by using a share of proceeds to support local charities and good causes.

01

Rescue

We help businesses keep suitable motorsport and automotive display materials out of the skip.

02

Preserve

We catalogue, photograph and describe genuine original items honestly for collectors.

03

Give Back

A share of proceeds supports local charities and good causes as the project grows.

How It Works

Five straightforward steps from first contact through to a rescued item finding a collector who will genuinely value it.

1

You tell us what is coming down

Businesses let us know when motorsport or automotive display material is due to be removed.

2

We check suitability

We confirm the material fits the project and can be lawfully donated or transferred.

3

We collect where practical

For local partners, we can arrange collection free of charge where practical.

4

We catalogue and preserve

Items are photographed, condition-checked and described honestly.

5

Collectors give it a second life

Items are later made available to collectors, with a share of proceeds supporting local charities and good causes.
